The group received seven nominations for the upcoming event. BTS is very likely to take home multiple awards as their 2021 megahit “Butter” sat atop Billboard’s Hot 100 singles chart for 10 non-consecutive weeks.

The band reportedly plans to give a virtual acceptance speech if they win an award with no plans to perform on stage.

The sources say that BTS will instead focus on preparing for “Proof,” their new album which will be released on June 10.
