Little Mix Struggling With Emotions On Final Tour – Music News

Little Mix struggles to finish their songs without crying on their final tour before going on hiatus.

Perrie Edwards, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jade Thirlwall announced late last year that they would be taking an indefinite break from the band to focus on solo projects after their tour, which ends on Saturday.

In an interview with Metro.co.uk, Perrie admitted they had been too overwhelmed with emotion to sing at times during their gigs.

“It’s bittersweet. We’re excited for the future, but we can’t stop crying! To think that we’re not going to be together 24/7 anymore is pretty scary,” he said. she shares. “It also doesn’t help that everyone in the audience is in tears. When we’re singing Between Us, we’re on a flying platform so we can see everyone sobbing. And then we can’t sing because we’re crying too!”

Leigh-Anne praised her fans for helping them by singing the songs when they can’t anymore.

“That’s what’s been so beautiful about this tour. If our voices disappear because we’re too emotional, we know the fans are there and they’re carrying us. They sing the lyrics for us,” she said. declared.

Jade admitted the tour felt like an ‘awkward countdown’ and they want all of their fans involved with their final gig at London’s O2 Arena – so they’re streaming the show live for fans to watch at home.

“With the livestream, we wanted to make sure every fan felt like they had the opportunity to be a part of this moment and watch it with us,” Jade explained.

The global live-streaming event, The Last Show (for now…), will take place on Saturday, May 14.
