Post Malone’s New Album Out Next Month – Music News

Post Malone’s new album, “Twelve Carat Toothache,” is due out next month.

The ‘Sunflower’ hitmaker’s manager, Dre London, took to social media to tease that the sequel to 2019’s ‘Hollywood’s Bleeding’ is set to drop in May.

Sharing a video of himself playing tennis on Instagram, the music mogul wrote in the caption, “Results or excuses, choose your side! @postmalone album coming next month! What you want as results or excuses in life!! #MondayMotivation. (sic)”

Dre previously claimed that Post’s label delayed the release.

He insisted it was “done” and “ready” and the only thing holding him back was the record bosses.

Alongside two snaps with Post, he wrote on Instagram earlier this year: “Our sync energy is still at an insane level!! Album is done!! We’re ready!! But it looks like @republicrecords @universalmusicgroup Isn’t that Posty fans don’t need to support me anymore, we did our part!!Now it’s time for the label to get it right before they release the BIG album! We were ready as you are! #DreVision #2022 It’s time!!! (sic)”

Meanwhile, the 26-year-old star recently insisted he no longer cares about landing number ones.

Post doesn’t want to “compromise” his music to try to top the charts, admitting he’s not interested in extending the length of his next album, even if it means it’s more successful.

He said: “I made a lot of compromises, especially musically, but now I don’t feel like it anymore. I don’t need a number one – it doesn’t matter to me anymore, and at some point it did.

The award-winning star thinks it’s not worth battling “your intuition about anything”.

The ‘rockstar’ hitmaker – real name Austin Post – said: “Trying to push 20-25 songs just doesn’t work. Talking to the label [it’s like]“Oh, if you have fewer songs, you’re not going to stream as much,” but the point is, you don’t want to compromise your artistry and intuition on anything.
