Kid LAROI will be the act to beat this year APRA Music Awards. He leads the pack with four nominations ahead of next month’s ceremony.

The 18-year-old singer is up for Song of the Year with his ‘Stay’ collaboration with justin bieber. Additionally, his song “Without You” is up for most-played Australian work and hip-hop/rap work, along with his collab “My City”, featuring Sydney OneFouralso for a nod in the latter category.

The ‘Riptide’ singer is the second most awarded Vance’s Joy. His song ‘Missing Piece’ is nominated for two awards – Most Performed Australian Work and Most Performed Alternative Work, while it also earned a nod for Most Performed Pop Work for co -Write the Benny White and Marshmallowit’s you”.

Singer “Dance Monkey” tones and me is also up for several awards, including Most Performed Australian Work and Most Performed Pop Work, for ‘Fly Away’.

Olivia Rodrigue is also up for an award, being nominated for international work thanks to her “driver’s license” success. She confronts Lil Nas Xis “Montero” and Jason Derulo“Take You Dancing” in the same category.
