Hindley Street Music Hall to host this year’s SA Music Awards • Glam Adelaide

The SAM Awards (The South Australian Music Awards) return on the 17the of November to celebrate excellence in South Australia’s contemporary music industry.

Nominations are now open for the awards which will be held at Adelaide’s new state-of-the-art music venue, Hindley Street Music Hall.

Nominations for the 2022 SAM Awards are now open, with award categories set to recognize both those going wild on stage and the industry behind the state’s outstanding musical talent, as well as a new focus on the ‘Regional South Australia with the introduction of the new regional award with the ‘Best Regional Venue/Music Activation’ and ‘Best Regional Artist’ categories being introduced to the awards for the first time.

Registrations for the SAM Awards will close on Monday, October 3rd at 11:59 p.m. and Australian audiences are encouraged to nominate their favorite SA musician, band, sound engineer, manager, or even nominate themselves. To nominate, click on HERE.

Presented by MusicSA, the annual SAM Awards have become a staple of Adelaide’s events calendar and act as a “night of nights” for the South Australian music community, expanding and enhancing the state’s reputation as a home of musical excellence and industry leader as a UNESCO City of Music.
