Nominations are open for the 42nd Annual Tejano Music Awards – Tejano Nation

SAN ANTONIO, TX – 42nd Annual Nominations and Bids Tejano Music Prize are now open, the Texas Talented Musicians Association (TTMA) announced Monday, June 20.

Each year, the Tejano Music Awards recognize the artistic endeavors and achievements of songwriters, performers and musicians in the Tejano music industry.

Any musician, manager, label and artist representative can submit a nomination at TejanoMusicAwards.com/tma-nomination-form. TMA does not submit any artists, it is the sole responsibility of the manager, artist, record company or artist representative to submit their material.

Representatives can submit materials, including two (2) CDs or two (2) USB drives that can be verified for release in 2021 to:

TTMA reviews and submits the list of applications to the Nomination and Selection Committee for verification and eligibility. The deadline for nominations is Sunday July 31, 2022 at midnight and all nominations must have been published between January 1 and December 31, 2021.

Winners will be recognized at the 42nd Annual Tejano Music Awards during an in-person ceremony at the new Tech Port Center in San Antonio, Texas on Saturday, November 26, 2022.
