Organizers said after being behind the virtual shadows for the past two years, its sixth “Diamond Celebration” will capture the imagination of those who attend.

In accordance with national COVID-19 protocols, the annual gospel awards show was forced to pivot its “Grammy-style” red carpet event to television and radio in 2020 and 2021.

The Sterling Gospel Music Awards recognize creativity and honor outstanding contributions to the gospel music industry in Jamaica. This year’s sixth edition will incorporate Jamaica’s 60th Diamond Jubilee celebrations, highlighting the excellence of Jamaican gospel music over the past 60 years.
